Jamie Reynolds of the Klaxons has told The Sun that the band has been asked to re-record parts of the their second album. Seems like their current label found the album too experimental for a pop band. Jamie Reynold said to The Sun:
We’ve been asked to re-record part of the album because we’ve made a dense, psychedelic record. We’ve made a really heavy record and it isn’t the right thing for us - I understand and know that. First and foremost, we’re a pop band. I haven’t thought about that for a long time, and now it’s in the forefront of my mind.Their album which is going to be released this Spring still has no title or tracklisting but it does have a lot of rumors steming back to December 2007. Klaxons are signed to Polydor which is a subsidiary of Universal.

I love the fact that these guys are doing cover songs. This is great - not as good as the Grace cover but this is pretty good!
