Via the band's Twitter they have revealed that their new album will be called "The Resistance". Muse are currently working on the follow-up to 2006's "Black Holes and Revelations" in Italy. Since the record is going to be featuring a three-part symphony it has taken Matt Bellamy a while to come up with all the arrangements. He talked about this is a 2008 webchat with fans: "As a large percentage of the composition is orchestral, I have never wanted to collaborate with a string arranger as they may make it 'theirs'. So I have been arranging the orchestral elements myself which is taking a long time due to my inexperience with large scale scoring. It should hopefully make the next album as the final three tracks." The band has been posting pictures of the recording sessions on their Twitter. One of the songs is titled 'United States of Eurasia' as seen from the picture above.
