Andrew Bird Announces Austraian & Asian Tour Dates

Andrew Bird currently on tour with St. Vincent has announced more dates on his tour. The new dates on the tour include some Australian tour dates and his first ever tour of Asia. He has also announced some intimate tour dates in Chicago and Minneapolis called the "Gezelligheid concerts". These shows will feature solo, mostly instrumental performances in churches with great acoustics by Andrew Bird. Gezelligheid is a Dutch word for "intensely cosy" but doesn't really have a perfect translation in English. These are some of his last shows before going on break.
Bird will also be appearing on Austin City Limits show on PBS on Saturday October 24 and tour mate St. Vincent will also be on the show. They collaborate on songs like 'Oh Sister,' 'Tables and Chairs,' and 'Scythian Empires'. You can see all of his upcoming tour dates below.
