Diplo Says New M.I.A. Album to Sound Like Animal Collective and Gucci Mane

Diplo recently talked about the new M.I.A. album that is currently being produced by himself and Switch. He says compares the artists music to two very different artists that could have some very impressive results. While being interviewed by Pedestrian.tv, he revealed that the artists' new album sounds like "Gucci Mane meets Animal Collective". Here's the whole quote:

Been in the studio with M.I.A. working on her new record. It’s like Gucci Mane meets Animal Collective. I think there are a couple of people [producing], but we’re going to finish it off, me and Switch. We’ve done like four tracks already.

Sounds like the album is shaping up to be something really amazing.
